EZPLAY Referral Reward System
Refer players into the EZPLAY shareholder line and keep creating value — and earn a monthly referral reward of up to 25%.
Any shareholder who successfully refers players into the EZPLAY shareholder line and continues to create value for the company earns a referral reward. The reward is settled monthly and scales with performance.
Two Conditions — Both Must Be Met
Your referral tier is not decided by turnover alone. Two figures are checked every month, and the lower of the two sets your tier:
1 · Monthly NGR
- Your referred players' monthly net win/loss (Net Gaming Revenue).
- Calculated and settled by the company back office.
2 · Active Players
- The number of referred players who stay active that month.
- A player must keep producing valid data to count as active.

How the Reward Is Settled
Programme rules
- Referral rewards are settled and paid out monthly.
- Active players are counted by the company back-office system only.
- A player must continuously produce valid data to be counted as active.
- The company reserves the right of final review and interpretation.
Disqualification
- Abandoning an agent account and re-registering a new one in bad faith.
- Falsified data, bonus abuse, matched betting or artificial turnover.
- Any other act that harms company interests or breaches the programme rules.

How is my referral tier decided?
Two figures are checked each month — your referred players' Monthly NGR and the number of active players. Both must reach a tier for you to be paid at that tier; if they land on different tiers, the lower one applies.
What counts as an active player?
A referred player who keeps producing valid data during the month. Active players are counted by the EZPLAY back-office system, not self-reported.
What is the highest referral reward?
25%, at Diamond tier — Monthly NGR of RM 100,001 or above together with at least 15 active players.
When is the referral reward paid?
Referral rewards are settled monthly, after the shareholder line's NGR has been calculated and the standard deductions applied.
Can my referral reward be cancelled?
Yes. Falsified data, matched betting, artificial turnover, or abandoning an agent account to re-register will disqualify the reward. The company holds the right of final review.
